Poll with different services - Bank
When we have two different products/services and two different audiences of potential clients, the challenge to communicate them is always a hard task. How to target the right message to the right audience and show the right users the product that will make them happy? When there is a clear technical possibility and targeting criteria the challenge is not so daunting - we just have to hope the targeting data is accurate. But when the audience is not so distinguished or we just cannot gather useful data only the creative is the way to go!
In this case the banner we created in collaboration with the client and the agency implements the two services on the opposite specter. One is a bank account with fixed monthly fee that incorporates many options and services - it is suitable for the "power" users with more needs of active banking. The other is a bank account with 0 fees but with limited services included - this is the "pay as you go" variation.
So we gave the power to the user - according to their needs and preferences the users select the bank account that is more suitable for them. The communication is based on a Poll mechanic and the users are tagged with the variation they choose in order to continue the communication with remarketing campaign tailored specifically according to their choice with specific banners.
