Feed + Lead Form - Job Offers

We've been hard at work trying to diversify and better our banner concepts, so each client can be offered an ad, tailored to their needs. Here we present an HTML5 banner, custom created for the purpose of listing available job openings for a supermarket and generating leads as job applicants via an in-banner form.

First, we listed the available job offers via a feed and users could scroll through them and explore. They can filter jobs based on the city, and choose to "Save" one of them via the marker. Once they see something they like - they can click on the posting and a second tab is opened with detailed info regarding the job. Then, if interested, they can directly apply to it by clicking on the Apply now button and fill in a short form with their name and email/phone per their choice. All of this while still on banner level!

With this ad and approach, we ease and streamline the hiring process, letting people apply for a job without any extra steps, or registrations, just a simple two field form sends them straight to the hiring team!

Once a form was filled for a job - we securely send all the data to the client and they proceed to contacting and reviewing the applicants. Easy as ABC.
